To ensure a level playing field and support our dealers’ commitment to exceptional customer experiences, BreakEdges has implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy.
Under this policy, any dealers, resellers, or distributors of BreakEdges products found selling below our suggested retail price (MSRP) will result in the termination of our business relationship. BreakEdges reserves the right to take necessary action, including but not limited to canceling pending orders, restricting future orders, or suspending a dealer’s account, if BreakEdges reasonably believes:
- A dealer has violated the provisions of this policy.
- A dealer intends to violate this policy.
- Special promotions or sales require prior approval from BreakEdges.
We firmly believe that adhering to this MAP Policy will help maintain fair pricing practices, protect our dealers’ investments, and ensure that customers receive the exceptional service and support they deserve.
